Refund policy

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for processing any refund or return request.
• Certain items, such as earphones, software, gift cards, and clearance sale items, are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
• If rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).
• Digital products, software, or subscriptions.
• Personalized or customized items.
• Products purchased on final sale.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, contact us at return@imtiyazidrees.in.

5. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. How to Initiate a Return

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

• Contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
