1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and regions across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• In case of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in such cases.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (where available).
• Delivery times may vary based on location, courier partner delays, and other external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Free on orders above ₹999; otherwise, a shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
• Express Shipping: Charges vary based on location and package weight.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
• You can track your order on our website using the Order Tracking section.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at  support@imtiyazidrees.in.
• iiK Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• If a package is lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the courier, we recommend filing a complaint with the courier service.

7. Undelivered Orders

• If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
• Orders returned due to non-acceptance by the customer may be subject to a restocking fee.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
